After months of waiting got to see lawyer and was given factually incorrect advice. Went back for more accurate advice and was told to follow bad advice. After months was told matter is resolved and bad advice never given. Other issues have happened requiring legal help, Shepparton vla supported and provided lawyer for other side and not mine. Panel lawyer ghosted me, Shepparton vla denies this happened. Manager of lawyers lies to my face and denies any issues and tells me I’m abusive if I question why they lie to me or refuse to help.

Arranged for Rod Higgins to represent a Mentally Disabled person, on the day of the hearing, the court refused the disabled person access to his pre-arranged lawyer, Rod Higgins.

When the Disabled person phoned up from within the court house, Legal aid apologised and said they would phone him and make him see the person right away.

Rod Higgins never appeared, and the disabled person had to go through court with no legal representation.

Absolutely pathetic.
