"To the team at Ringwood Legal aid office, thank you for your outstanding service and support. I'm especially grateful for the manager Julia and one of her member in the team I forget her name for her guidance before the court. Her expertise and advocacy made a significant difference. Additionally, I appreciate the alternative solutions and advice provided to find different private lawyers that accept legal aid grant , which helped me navigate the legal process during my stress time

The assistance that Laura (Lawyer for legal aid) provided me with, was absolutely phenomenal. Laura was very reassuring throughout the whole process, and informed me with copious amount of legal knowledge. She represented me wonderfully, the service provided by Laura is similar to those of a private A grade lawyer. She truely puts a tremendous amount of effort into retaining the case, and representing her client in a flawless manner. My desired outcome was met and I solely believe this is thanks to Laura being my legal representation, as if I was not for Laura I would not have known how to go about it. Will forever be grateful for Laura’s service!

Apparently I'm not allowed to protect myself and my family and my girlfriends family from people using deliberate practices involving people on disability pensions associated with crimes let alone about any of the traumas that we both have experienced over the last 10 years or more and would like to be able to do something to keep us from becoming a victim of something thats been done that hasn't allowed me to be able to do anything legal abouts what's been involved or used against me to not know what to do

Wasn't really happy with this place. I needed help and what I got was a phone number to call which you then have to make sure that you know what to ask and even then I didn't get much satisfaction. But hey, I'm nobody! And I felt it and feel like it!
