Sorry I forgot the name of my lawyer from free legal aid team . I didn't have any lawyer at hearing at sunshine magistrate court but I met her over there she helped me alot and finalized my case and get postive outcome of my case. She helped me to transfer my hearing from number 3 to 1 and she helped me alot to minimise fine and sentence if ur reading this comment your are like a messenger of God for me and thanks you have done ur duty as a lawyer with honesty God bless you mam .I'm indian guy with check shirt I was there refuse breath test and others charges last night i sleep well without any stress because of you thank again case was on 30/01/2025

The Indian lady that would only identify herself as Christine was being terribly rude to my son, bullying him even after he explained that he is disabled. She provided no support or reason. It is just unbelievable that a person like that still has a job. I can't report her because she refused to identify herself. Appalling.

Very disappointing with customer service on the line.
Waited 30mins for first point of contact. Another 20mins to be transferred after speaking with a fairly poor attitude staff member.
Asking very personal information including financial lifestyle, job, family and living lifestyle
Just wanted to ask a simple question which they have advised that they could not provided any point of view regarding legal matters, go to your nearest community centre for a legal assistance or questions.

That were good but stuffed up my disk from the police and then did not ask for more paper work for my court case hopefully thay call for another interview!!! Hopefully the lawyer gets things sorted out when the first hearing heard at court...
