Terrible ya call them that don't answer phone always off , say that will send stuff in mail you never get at all and if they do call its like 4 weeks later then that close ya file with no word. They don't help at all useless ,

Discussing the way the service is call and no one answered only message bank in. If it was emergency need to speak to your lawyer U can't cause no one there Rd ever does There jobs start to answer your phone calls

Always have done a great job for me. I definitely recommend them. I’ve never had any problems. They always give me the best advice. I trust them 100%. I love them. All staff have been great!
But I follow my blokes lawyer now that’s the only thing. So they accommodate for us.

I find having dealt with VALS a few times, they understand the needs of we the Original people's of the land. Though I would hazard the foundation law of Australia need to be placed under the microscope to establish truthfully the legal position of the system of justice and law towards us.

Any wonder there is such a high percentage of aboriginal people in custody with this mob legally representing us VALS spend more time trying to put innocent clients into false imprisonment than they getting innocent people out ! Nothing short of Disgusting discriminating racial behaviour !

Martin Doyle is a very well read and educated man. I am proud to of met him, and he has done a great job in regards to criminal matters, resulting from racial abuse. Sadly this company is highly under-resourced, However they will ensure appropriate adjournments. great service

3 phone calls and an email and still no reply. Partner is in the cells now and still nobody has bothered to offer legal advise or even return our urgent request!!!
What a joke.
