My husband and I would like to commend Craig for his excellent work in making our settlement process very smooth and easy. Before we met Craig, he rang us and introduced himself, he also gave us all the information we needed. That gave us piece of mind and security that we will be in good hands. When we met Craig personally, we all the more felt that we are dealing with a person who has passion and knowledge in what he does, honest, real and a truly lovely person to work with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They are absolutely useless. I used them when I sold my apartment and they were terrible. They are unorganised and never answer calls and take days to respond to emails, if at all. They messed up the contract several times and I had to literally drive around Melbourne the day prior to settlement to have a contract signed because they didn't do their job properly. Very stressful experience and would not trust them with what is the biggest purchase / sale in your life.

I was recommended Mr Seshrin of victory law by Mr Dinesh who originally took on case.
Unfortunately as Mr Dinesh had to go overseas I was recommended to speak to Mr Seshrin Naidoo of victory law. He was very welcoming and made everything very easy even though in my head everything was getting complicated as the court date was closing in .
Mr Seshrin was able to get all my problems sorted and with the case and he handled all my paperwork on the case which helped me ease off the stress on the case. He prepared me for all the possible outcomes with the courts Mr Sesh never left me hanging on anything he always told me what was happening and what’s going to happen .I would say Mr Sesh’s communication with the client was very professional and his punctuality with everything was amazing .

Dinesh was handling my case, and his service was poor and unprofessional. Never responded on time and did not provide accurate updates. Even charge for works that were not completed. I had to withdraw the case halfway and was a waste of time and money. Client service is nil. Do not recommend this firm.
