If you are reading this review I am sure that you are aware that not all immigration lawyers have your best intent in mind.

We requested a meeting with the immigration lawyer however we were finally scheduled with an employee who was an agent (not the lawyer). We payed $320 AUD for this meeting in hope of identifying a clear immigration strategy and instead were met with a 1 hour sales pitch from this employee selling us on his 7 step plan (this costs approximately $12'000 plus an additional $7'000 for the application). We were a bit shocked at that number considering the average TOTAL cost is $10'000, that aside we proceeded to ask the employee questions related to skill assessments and different visa options. These questions were met with 'I don't know' and 'ill have to ask *the lawyer*', given his inability to answer any questions he suggested that he book us a free follow-up meeting with the lawyer to ask our questions. We initially accepted before reaching out to enquire about cancelling and getting a refund as we had lost our trust in this company. We were reassured that we could get a refund without any issues so we confirmed only to be given a partial refund.

In the end we were charged approximately $1 per minute to meet with the employee and to listen to his 7 step sales pitch. We attempted to remedy this situation by emailing the owner of the business directly only to get rather rude response and affirmed we would not be getting our full refund.

In summary from our experience this company offers a sales pitch and charges you for that.
