Accomodation in Wagin is limited as only one motel and one pub open so we stayed at this venue and what a delight it was. Host Steve looked after us well and we had everything we needed in this grand old cottage with a great breakfast served up at a time of our choice. Dont waste your money on a small motel room when you can live like a King here..and get a breakfast included in the modest price.

Very friendly and welcoming host. Super comfortable bedroom with everything you need and guest lounge, with coffee machine to spread out a bit more! Wagin is a peaceful little town and a great in-between stay if travelling between Perth and South Coast.

Steve and Beryl were very welcoming and giving us a run through and tour on our arrival. The Wagin Bed and Breakfast is so quaint and very well appointed right down to USB's charging stations in the rooms for charging. A really lovely atmosphere with the sound of the birds and just the breeze blowing through the trees around the property. The bed was comfortable with easy access to the bathroom which was shared with my travel companion. The two bedrooms became like a suite with a door from each bedroom into the same bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water and toiletries available. |Breakfast next morning was laid out when we got up and we could help ourselves to what we wanted. |The cottage is within walking distance of the town.|If I come back through Wagin I would be sure to stay here again.

Steve was so welcoming friendly and informative. The room was large, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was handy, the breakfast was great too. The old world country charm gave a nice feel to the place. We would definately stay here again.

We stayed three nights at this B&B while in Wagin for a family wedding. Hospitality plus from Beryl and Steve. Comfortable and beautifully appointed accommodation with a lovely continental breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend a stay at the Wagin Garden Cottage.

The owners were fantastic, very welcoming and friendly. The rooms had a lot of charm. Very peaceful surroundings. The owners gave great information about the area and even drew a map when we left for other sites to visit. We followed his directions and it was great.|The breakfast was wonderful and everything you needed. |Enjoy our stay very much.

I stayed at Wagin B&B in mid September for three nights while working in the area. Beryl and Steve are a delightful couple and I enjoyed their company and they were very considerate to my needs, filling my thermos in the morning and washing a few of my dishes. We all watched the queens funeral procession, and they even shared their dinner with me. Highly recommend them and will stay again if I am in the region. Thankyou

It was a lovely stay. Very welcoming & helpful. A great way to break up a trip. Birds & garden were enjoyable too. Wagin does not have so much to see, but it was a nice BnB with hospitable hosts. ||Comfy beds & lovely bath.
