We just completed the purchase of our very first home in Australia, and Clare was superb in advising, explaining, and answering our questions throughout the process.

And when we say questions, we mean dozens and dozens of them. With this being our first home purchase and having migrated to Australia from overseas, the entire process was pretty much unknown to us.

We had questions about absolutely everything, and Clare answered them promptly, clearly, and diligently. Her responses helped to clarify the process and ease our stress.

We want to especially emphasise the 'promptly' part here - typically, we would fire off an email with our latest set of questions or worries, and often receive a response within minutes.

Almost all of the rest of the home buying process involves long waits for information or responses, but Clare and her team were an absolute exception to this rule, and a real breath of fresh air compared to most of the rest of the process.

Aside from the exceptional customer service, Clare and her team also did a stellar job on the legal side. They managed to negotiate our Contract of Sale as favorably as they could for us - the initial deposit amount was halved, we kept the cooling-off period, etc. We got everything we could possibly have wished for.

Ahead of Settlement, we received a full breakdown of what money needed to be where and why, plus a timetable of what would happen on 'settlement day'. Everything ran to schedule on the day itself, and the team contacted us exactly on time to inform us our purchase was complete - a truly memorable day for us!

Finally, costs - absolutely comparable with the other legal firms we reviewed. The fees charged were exactly as advertised; we didn't receive any 'extras' despite the time and effort it must have taken to answer all our questions—not one extra charge for any of that. For the level of service we received, we are more than happy we chose to spend our money with Wainwright.

In summary, we could not recommend Wainwright Legal more highly. Superb customer service, great legal advice, competitive and fair pricing - what more could you ask for?
