Engaging the services of Walsh Johnston & Co was a nightmare scenario. Settlement on a property was delayed for several weeks, but that was nothing compared to what happened next. They paid the wrong party the wrong sum (a huge amount of money directed to the wrong place) and offered no compensation. When I asked what the company would do to fix the situation, I was told "you can always sue us."
