I have used Walter's services a month ago and it was worth it.
I needed a "Permiso de salir de Colombia" which is a requirement for the minors to go out from Colombia if they are not accompanied by both parents. The Colombian consulate can do the procedure for a cheaper price but it is very busy (it is difficult to book a appointment) and it is needed to go to Canberra for it.
Walter was very helpfull with the process, which is quite exhausting if you are not use to heavy administrative procedures.
Also he is known for his good work by the australian foreign affairs department (nearby) which speed up the apostille part of the procedure.
Thank you again Walter! I will use your services again in the future if I need to.
