This place doesn't even deserve 1 star..
The most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with.
Took over 3 weeks for someone to call back and make an appointment after contacting them numerous times.
Finally booked an appointment and on the day we didnt hear from the solicitor (Danuta) as she advised she would call before she arrives and then after calling the office and asking what's going on, Danuta contacts us and tells us she can't make it.
Very unhappy at the fact they didn't communicate with us and wasted our day as we cancelled other appointments to be available.

female solicitor Nanuta who is the only solicitor there, is incompetent. Didn't think latest 149 planning certificate was necessary for contract of sale of property. Thought old one over 12 months old was good enough to supply to other parties solicitor. Unable to take instructions from the client. Very slow, took over 2 weeks to interview the client. Keep away, dangerous, not professional.
