Great to work with, and despite the frequent rain and saturated soils, Wastewater Consultants managed to fit into a dry-ish spell to install the trench, and replace the pump. Then it rained while back-filling and the excavator had fun skating. Nice work.

Graham was fantastic to deal with - always answered phone calls and emails in a timely manner. The price was good and the install team really took pride in the work they did installing the septic tank and drainage trenches. Would highly recommend.

Had Graham and his guys install a septic system, got 3 quotes and these guys were right on the money for the system recommended. Kept me up to date on what was happening and even managed to get the system in earlier than expected. Also provided photos during installation.

Recently had these guys install our septic in September this year.
I found them nothing but professional and their customer service and communication excellent. We were very happy with their price and execution of the install, all went smoothly and was council approved no worries, very much recommend them! Amazing service!! The business changed ownership between us getting the quote and proceeding with the job. We couldn't have happier with the communication and workmanship from the new owner. Our job was in Herberton and came with some issues due to hitting rock. Graham kept us informed all the way got the job done! I would highly recommend Graham and his team.

Avoid this company at all cost. Had massive problems with everything they have done. Had a bicycle installed. And after a few yrs of constant problems one of their service men said he remembers the job and that it hasn't been done properly. Then after admitting fault he tried to unblock a pipe, left without fixing it and charged me an extra $90 for the pleasure.
Then had numerous fights with the owner over cancelling a plan that I had paid a year in advance for and he refused to credit the remainder of unspent money. It would make me happy to see this company fail..

Graham and his crew went above and beyond for me. Cannot fault the service, help and advice and the friendly manner in which it was delivered. Seems the previous owner of the biz was not so good hence some negative reviews. This is a new crew and they're bloody good!

We had them install our septic 5 years ago. This year the pump and the high level float tested faulty. We spent a lot of money to have them install the float switch and pump changeover (of which they told us we had to pay upfront before the job was completed). They installed the pump and noted that we would then have to hire an electrician as they were unable to wire up the float switch. They refused to give us any money back. If I could give zero stars I would. Definitely would not recommend, even to the people I dislike.
