My experience has been terrible! Chris 'designed' the wastewater system and:
- Put the spinklers in the wettest part of the property,
- Put the tank where it would be seen from a bedroom and where we can't get there without cutting down trees - very poor planning.
The waste water installer suggested much better solutions but he is not licenced to do 'design'.
Chris has said multiple times he will do amendments but he never does. I'm now sick of asking.
Absolutely terrible customer service.

Chris did the plumbing plan for our property in Hervey Bay and then submitted the plan to the council. Council approved it within 3 days.
Chris was easy to deal with both by phone and email and the plan looks good.
