The receptionist (COCO) was amazingly helpful. Actually they have always, all of the girls, have always been more than pleasant and helpful and go out of their way to help where ever they can.
And Coco did just that today - went above and beyond in finding out the information I needed, which was incredibly helpful.

Subject: Feedback Regarding Recent Experience at the Clinic

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent visit to the clinic, where I encountered a series of issues that left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

During my visit, I approached the staff to request assistance with obtaining a pair of gloves, as I was experiencing an infection on my finger. Unfortunately, the interaction did not meet my expectations for professionalism and courtesy. I was greeted without eye contact, and the response I received was dismissive. Instead of receiving help, I was met with several excuses, and a particularly unhelpful remark suggesting that I should "just go buy some."

I felt that my concerns regarding my infected finger were not taken seriously, and the staff member did not provide any useful information or support. Instead, the interaction felt condescending, which added to my disappointment.

Given this experience, I am hesitant to return to the clinic and feel compelled to share my concerns with others. I believe that constructive feedback can lead to improvements, and I hope that this situation can be addressed to enhance the experience for future patients.

As a business owner myself, I would never treat someone so rudely.
when I had mentioned the fact that she was rude she bit back and told me to leave and condescendingly waved me out the door.
This is not professional behaviour.

I love this medical practise, been going there for about 10 ish years and never had a problem, Dr Khalid is amazing.

I also would like to address, the people who have had a negative experience with reception, I find your comments quite surprising as I have never experienced rudeness. I do however, take in to account, people who attend a doctors appointment are usually unwell and may be quiet sensitive to what’s going on around them, maybe reception could also take into account that the patient, is not in a good space when they visit the doctor and a little extra sensitivity is required.

Attended today and as always the reception desk staff member was very rude. Almost berating the elder gentleman in the line infront of me for being wrong about his appointment time. I chose not to speak on it at the time but i find myself wishing I did say something. Please train your staff in professionalism and teach them that in pursuing a career as a medical receptionists they will be dealing with VERY VULNERABLE PEOPLE. The last thing you need is to be confronted very rudely by people who obviously DO NOT CARE. please also teach them to stop acting like there isnt a patient standing at the desk right infront of their face... a smile and hello goes a long way! even if its fake! We pay alot of money to see a Dr and be ignored by the receptionists.

Doctors are awesome however! So 2 stars for them.
