We expected service underpinned by ethical conduct and integrity but this firm fails dismally on both counts. Cindy Hynes seems to think clients exist to pay junior solicitors their full time wage, instead of for quality legal service. They dragged our case out for the sole purpose of making as much money out of us as possible. The solicitor ended up trying to create conflict to justify not following direct instructions because it would have meant the end of her cash cow. We terminated the relationship for this unethical conduct, but unfortunately had already parted with over $30,000. For nothing. Avoid this firm.

If you are looking for lawyers that will take you seriously and do everything to help your case don't look any further!! I have had very bad experience with lawyers that didn't work on my favour until I found this firm that has professional lawyers and they did everything they could for me from scratch. It's obvious this firm has changed hands or management since all the 5 star reviews. We were very very unhappy with the services provided for the $ charged. We paid them equivelent of the price of a new car which was three times the fee estimate. They did nothing but charge us for busywork while continuing to delay and delay our case. Do not use if you need any kind of legal result - you'll get nothing but invoices and no services.

We were completely grifted by this firm, paid them over $30,000 for a simple legal matter (the quote was $10,000), ended up having to terminate them for over servicing, refusing to follow instructions, dragging out the case so they could get more money out of us, and trying to set up a conflict in our family using triangulation tactics. Really unethical in our experience. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
