This is just an administrative company. All they do is send emails, and that too after multiple requests. It is you who have to follow up on everything. If you don't, they will keep sitting and waiting until you push them. What they are good at is not missing their fee. I had to get a refund from a developer who was not ready for the refund, and I had to make calls and discuss the legalities of the contract of sale. Then I called the original owner and his conveyancer, who said that they didn't even know what was happening. I had to explain to them and request them to sign the cancellation deed as soon as possible. There was nothing done by the We Know Conveyancing team, although they claimed that they "sent emails." It took almost 5 months for me to get the refund. And there are other clients who are also waiting for them to get their refunds, but these people are just sitting and "sending emails" without any follow-ups.
It would be better to hire a more responsible company.
Update: After this review they have threatened that they can ask 10 people to put reviews on my business.
I am wondering if their reviews are even legit.
