We’ve been with W&R as our property managers for nearly a year now and would recommend them to friends and family. Elle has been a pleasure to deal with—always approachable, receptive to our views, and quick to take action when needed. Like most agencies, they’re busy, but if Elle isn’t available, there’s always someone else from the team ready to assist. It’s also great to see W&R extending their services beyond Albany, including to Denmark.

We rented our house out through Wellington and Reeves and had a really bad end of lease experience. They did not notice damage on the property at the final inspection. They managed the bills really poorly, and I had a few really unprofessional interaction with the agent who I was renting through. If we ever rent again, I will be going through another agency.

We are with W&R since 2022, great customer services. Maintain communication through email of any update or changes. Finding houses and getting the houses was easy. Always recommended W&R. Especially very thankful to our previous (Rachael Stephen )property manager❤️❤️
