Further, her advice as to what searches we should be looking at obtaining was invaluable, particularly, as a search that was not necessarily required revealed the the body corporate fees were increasing - a fact that we were not made aware of by the agent.

As we progressed through the transaction it was evident that Chloe was significantly more organised and efficient than the lawyer for the seller. We had been in constant communication with the agent confirming that Chloe had ensured that we were in a position to settle before the contract settlement date. The agent confirmed that whilst the seller wished to settle early, the lawyers for the seller were not in a position to do so. Thankfully, Chloe diligently followed up with the seller’s lawyer and achieved settlement a few days earlier. A result we were all happy with! So five stars for our lawyer!
