I'm extremely disappointed in this company. For lawyers, you would expect them to be honest, however they are not. They breach confidentiality, have poor communication skills, do not act in the best interests of their clients, make crucial mistakes and charge you for their errors. The bottom line is, they only care about money, not the clientele. I can only tell you to go with an ethical company and not the one that operates out of greed.

My Mother passed away in 2021 the settlement of her estate is still going terrible communication so many calls no reply o r call back blatantly lied about not being in the office took several phone calls to have the money transferred into my account who knows how long if I hadn't rang them . They also decided to keep a large sum until part of the estate sold with no agreement of the sale from the beneficiary's it is now 2023 have not heard from them in over 8 months. I would not recommend them at all, I'm surprised they are even allowed to have peoples legal matters in their hands, I'd hate to know how many people have been taken advantage of in such distressing times.

Horrible service and communication. After the settlement of my house, they didn't transfer the funds for over a week. I tried contacting them but no response. When I finally got an answer, I got told the funds were already transferred (which was not true). Basically found out that it was never transferred until I complained that very day. If I had not complained, who knows how long they would've kept my money. I got no apology, just a rude response saying they're short staffed. Just excuses and no accountability.

We just bought our first home and had no clue about anything! We were so stressed and worried about the upcoming months. When we first spoke to Jayde she reassured us and made everything so easy and seamless from then on in She reminded us when things were due and talked us through every step.

We were hard and annoying customers with millions of questions. She never made us feel bad or guilty for emailing or calling her. It was a long and difficult settlement but Jayde handled everything with so much patience and grace.
