I Found Sheshan because i was unhappy with my super fund and i had some extra cash just sitting in a bank earning no interest. After sitting down and going over my risk tolerance and plan for my money and retirement we implemented the new strategy. 2 years later and my Superannuation is strong with good returns the same can be said about my personal money. Sheshan, has been my financial advisor for over two years. During this period he has taken care and structured all my finances in my Super, Bonds, Fixed Deposits and Shares. He created a pension account for me with the same Super Fund. He has helped me and my wife to prepare all documents required by Centrelink to submit our claim for pension with everything going smoothly and as a result of this, we are both receiving our pension. He looks to structure capital gains tax once a investment property is sold in coodination with your tax agent.
He does a lot more depending upon your needs and requirments.
