Given my mother had her will and financial matters with your firm you had a fiduciary duty to look after both executors not just one hence I had to be out of pocket heaps to fund lawyers. I know there has been underhanded stuff gone on with this matter my late mum could not be interred for 11 months until I signed a deed of family arrangement I was not allowed in my own mothers house at auction I have not seen the contract of sale of her house now do you really think this matter is transparent
I am an authorised witness and I believe in honesty and integrity
I know what went on the 9th November 2017 which is totally unethical and was not what my late mum wanted however coerced
