I recently had a small accident in my car, I'm young and have never had this happen before. I had been summoned to court for the first time, and I'm clueless on how to handle the situation.

I found this firm online, emailed, heard back within the day.
I spent around 20 minutes over the phone, and Peter taught me more than I ever knew about how the entire process works and assisted me with my case. FREE OF CHARGE.

It seems he simply did it to help, with no motivation from being paid he recommended that I take the info he told me over the phone and save paying him to represent me.

If anything unfortunate happens in the future, this firm will be my absolute go to to deal with the matter.

I 100% recommend this business.

I was referred to Wilkins Lawyers by Law Institute of Victoria on the 15 March 2023. A member of my family has a court hearing on the 29th of March. I was so stressed as the hearing date was approaching and not much had been prepared.

As I was only allowed half an hour free consultation I did not have much expectations. I contacted the receptionist and was told Peter would give me a call. I received a call from Peter on the same day. He was in interstate. I briefly told him about the story and thought most likely he would give me some advices over the phone. I was so surprised when he told me to send him all relevant documentations which were quite a lot. Moreover he even coached me how to use my phone to scan the documents. He was a lawyer and the director but he was talking to me like a friend and he did not care how much time he was go to spend. I was very touched.

Afterwards, he had given me so much significant and extremely helpful advices over the phones, through text messages and emails. I followed all his instructions and prepared some new support documents. On the 29th the best possible outcome was reached.

Without Peter’s kindness and professionalism it would be impossible to reach such an amazing outcome. During this process he spent an enormous time and committed his high professionalism to help this case and all for free.. A lawyer like him is one in one million. We are so lucky and extremely grateful. Words can not describe our appreciation.

I highly recommend Peter’s company with any court matters. They do not only provide 5 start professional services but most important they work with their hearts and their priority is not about the money but what the best outcomes they can help their clients to achieve.

I highly recommend speaking to Peter with any court matter or issues you’re having. He’s definitely someone I’d go to every time (although hopefully I don’t need a lawyer after this). I called the office and left a message as he was busy but he called back the same day.
Even though I was in the wrong with my court case he still heard me out and little does he know he actually prevented me from completely giving up. He’s very professional but speaking with him feels like you’re talking to a friend, the whole pressure and stress you have dealing with a court matter is eased. I truly am confident that if you have one conversation with him you’d agree with me.
He was considerate of my financial situation and was recommending other private lawyers who may work with legal Aid. He gave a lot of helpful advice over the phone for free.

Peter does not only go absolutely above and beyond by far in his job, he not only has the experience and knowledge to keep you and the people you love as calm as possible during the event, he also strives and gets the job done far beyond expectations.
