Matthew had recently helped me through a house sale. He communicated every detail and helped me keep on track so the settlement would finish on the required date. The bank took a little longer than most and on settlement day I was a little worried that it would not settle but Matthew took away my worry and assured me it would settle by close of business and he was on top of it.
