Absolutely superb! My daughter and I ordered every item on the A La Carte menu (to share) and each and every item was amazing! Cocktails were tasty and thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful red, PALADIN HILL MATRIX.

Weaved our lunch at Wills Domain.

The setting is spectacular, the service excellent including pre-planning for our dietary restrictions and the food both looked and tasted amazing. We couldn't have been more impressed.

Finally the wines were great. Approachable whilst young and frankly standing out from the Margaret River crowd.

One of the best meals we've had in WA. Wills Domain absolutely deserves their 18 hat rating. The ingredients were fresh, with each dish cooked thoughtfully to elevate traditional flavours into something truly delicious.

There's not a lot of highly out there techniques/ingredients, but what will you will find is a balance of local and native ingredients, thoughtful presentation and delicious flavours. Sometimes, that's all you need!

Portion sizes were perfect, pricing was fair, wine pairings were fantastic and the overall service was impeccable. Overall, a technically perfect meal in our opinion, and I can't think of a better restaurant to represent Western Australian cuisine.

The food was brilliant. Waygu beef out of this world. Dessert so so. Setting is absolutely lovely. Waiting 20 minutes to order a drink after we sat down not so much. Then could see the drinks sitting in the bar and almost grabbed them myself. Overall very pleasant.

We went on Mon 13th Jan.The setting, food and service were superb, fully deserving of their status as one of the best, if not the best, restaurant in WA. Pics are of menu, the scallop dish and the marron. Yuuuum.

We finally got to experience the 7 cause degustation and we were not disappointed. A series of delicious dishes with the lobster a standout packed full of flavour and the melt in your mouth lamb - perfect. Finished off with some special sweet dishes and it was an excellent lunch.

superb lunch in idyllic setting. the design of the menu was magnificent, combining tastes and textures of locally sourced ingredients influenced by hints of Japanese spiciness. will remember this meal with advantage for a long time. Servers were knowledgeable and informative, and e particularly appreciated our chat with the head chef afterwards explaining the philosophy of teamwork which underpins the choice of courses and dishes, ingredients and preparation. beautifully balanced menu selections and very fine presentation of the food. recommend without hesitation. the wines weren't half bad either!

One of my new favourites from the start to the finish , every course was a memorable dish , hard to pick favourite . The staff where impeccable.
A must visit when staying down south .
Catered for vegetarians too thank you .
