I recently found myself on the wrong side of the law with a mid-range drink driving charge. It was a very stressful situation especially with a previous incident that was within the five year period. Review of Clancy Robba -Wiseman Lawyers:
On the 12th of March 2024 I went to court with my Mother who was going to plead guilty for a driving offense. The in court representative for Police Prosecutions advised us to get a lawyer. We watched the lawyers that day do their thing.
One lawyer in particular stood out not because he was flash and over the top, but because he really knew his stuff. We didn’t get a chance to talk to him that day but I went back to the same court a week later and grabbed his card.
Clancy Robba was an absolute legend. He attended court on my Mothers behalf on several occasions. Getting her case adjourned multiple times until he was able to get my Mothers case dropped by the Police Prosecutions. As Clancy told us it took some time, but due to his dedication to her case my Mother got the good news today.
For a woman in her 80s who was full of the uncertainty of the consequences for the charge against her. Today was the first time in several months that she didn’t look stressed whenever someone mentioned the word “court”.
