I had a phone consultation scheduled with Dr. Keith at 2:30 PM. As I am currently very unwell, I made the responsible decision not to attend the practice in person. Unfortunately, I missed Dr. Keith’s call but returned it within two minutes. When I spoke with the receptionist, I was informed he was already with another patient, which I understood.

However, several hours passed without any further contact, so I followed up at 5:00 PM and was told my appointment would still go ahead. Shortly after, I received a call informing me that Dr. Keith would need to reschedule. When I asked about the next available appointment, I was told it would be on Sunday with a different doctor.

I explained that I had been diagnosed with Influenza A and required antibiotics, but the response I received was dismissive, with no effort made to accommodate the urgency of my situation.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism and care shown by the practice. The handling of this matter was not only frustrating but also deeply concerning given the nature of my illness.

This is such a wonderful practice. The reception staff are very warm, friendly and accommodating. Nursing and treatment room staff are lovely, friendly and warm- which helps if you’re having any type of treatment. I have had two amazing doctors assisting me. I think it’s great that this clinic is also a teaching practice. The community is fortunate to have access to this wonderful team.

Doctors are fine but the wait times are unacceptable. How can they book patients in at 15 minute intervals, for 7 minute bookings, and still be running 45 minutes late by 9.30am, when they open at 8am? That sort of delay, without providing a reason or apology, is unprofessional in any industry.

I wouldn't even give this place a single star! They claim to save lives, but their actions tell a different story. They excel at turning away patients who are genuinely sick and in need of assistance. The level of patient care is extremely disappointing, and the staff—doctors, receptionists, and nurses alike—seem poorly trained and uncaring. I urge them to either strive for improvement or consider finding a different career path. It's disheartening to see such a lack of compassion and professionalism in a healthcare setting.

They dont even deserve one star. I had an appointment for 10 am arrived 15 min earlier. At 10:30 I approached the receptionist if the gp is in and she attacked me called my name and said she told me that he has not arrived she went on telling she always said this. I do not remember her telling me except to sit down. Another few minutes past I asked her if possible to queue me up to another gp seeing the practice is not busy. She called someone dont know what she said Dr A called me in but basically was so unprofessional and rude to me saying that he is not my gp and he has other patient to see never listen to a word I said and reduced me to tears. I dont know why I actually went back there has so many bad experience. Not anymore

The doctors here are extremely professional and helpful and lovely. Not the same I can say about the receptionist my family and I encountered when we came in on the 11/11/2024, we were greeted in a very rude manner, our 3 month old baby was quite unwell with a cold. We were asked if we had performed a covid test and I asked on a 3 month old baby, I was then met with attitude when we said no. She then said I’ll leave it at that and not say anything more which we were quite confused at what that meant. We were then constantly given dirty looks as he was quite unsettled due to being unwell. We didn’t appreciate being treated in that manner. We have been coming for years and never been treated that way.

Went into this practise to have my 10 year old son seen by a doctor. There was NOT ONE person in the waiting room. Not even ONE waiting for their upcoming appointment. Yet I was told there was nothing available for us. Tell me how a medical centre (public, not private!) Cant tend to a walk in on a Monday at 1pm!! Absolutely ridiculous! Now I have to lug my poor son around to another!! I would understand if it was a full waiting room and there was stopping walk in for the time being. But for it to be COMPLETELY EMPTY AND GET TOLD NO!!! Disgusting!!!!
