I’m so grateful to Kelly and Emma at Woods Law Group for their incredible help during the settlement process for my first home. As someone with dyslexia, dealing with legal documents can be overwhelming, but both Emma and Kelly was so patient and supportive, explaining everything clearly and never making me feel dumb. Kelly was also fantastic during the settlement, keeping everything organised, keeping me notified and making sure I felt comfortable. Emma helped us buy our first home, and was more helpful and supportive than we thought possible.
She walked us through the process, and was available every step of the way to guide and advise us.
She was always quick to respond and communicated clearly and professionally, but always in a way that we could understand.

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Emma! From the initial phone call, Emma was down to earth, informative and so very caring.
