I’ve been going here my whole life and was absolutely devastated when treated extremely unprofessionally and rudely by the the practise manger lee. As soon as we question the new deposit rule for Telehealth appointments we were treated extremely poorly and hung up on even after explaining that it was not possible to come in due to isolating with potential measles. Unfortunately it seems the medical practise only cares about money and not the welfare of their patients. Very disappointing.

Forget about using their carpark to attend your appointment, ironically all the spaces get taken up by the women going to the gym on the highway who seem to be able to work out but not make a short walk from parking on the street

This morning Alyce performed a procedure to help with my 7 week olds tongue tie. I 10/10 recommend Alyce to anyone dealing with a bub with a tongue tie. She was extremely understanding, informative and kind. The procedure was done quickly and bub was settled in no time. Thank you so much Alyce & staff!

My usual doctor is Joe Kent and he was booked out for 10 days. I was advised by the receptionist that I could see another doctor much sooner. I needed to see a doctor because I was travelling interstate within 3 days. I was provided an appointment with Dr Daniel Darlington and was very happy with the consultation. He went through all the medications that I needed repeats on as I was going to be away for a month. Dr Daniel was very good. I would be happy to see him again if I needed to see another doctor.

I recently had an appointment with Dr David Darlington and was very impressed with his care and diagnosis his recommendation was to go to hospital have bloods done which ended up being fine but could have easily been much worse. I have been going to this practice for years and and so impressed by all the doctors there. I just can’t trust my health to any other practice at this age now. Thank you to all .
