If I could leave ZERO stars, I would.
Worse courier company I've ever dealt with.
Limited collection times for customers between 5:30am and 8:30am (in Yanchep!!!!!!) is like holding your package to ransom.
What about those of us who have to travel to the city for work and leave early (like many of the residents in the Alkimos area)?
Why not just drop it off at a local post office for god's sake?

Terrible service this courier is used by team global express . They claim to have attempted delivery but they did not there was no contact made no horn honking or phone call /text message or no card left plus with camera footage from my gate showing no attempt was made and they provided false information to team G.E and when I contacted team G.E to get a resolution to my package I was told the only time available to collect was between 5-8am using safety concerns ..

Terrible company terrible service. Deserves to loose there contract with team global express

Shocked with the delivery of my package. They delivered a large item.
Instead of using the entrance, it was pushed (dropped?) THROUGH my fence.
Their excuses were "we can't open gates as it's a security risk with dogs" (I don't have dogs)
"We couldn't leave it outside the fence"
And my favourite.."the fence was old"

But I still have to find a way to fix my fence.

I arrived in the rain and when the lady inside saw me getting my baby out the car, she rushed to open the door for me.
Parcel collection was easy and after reading all the previous reviews of rudeness and poor customer service I can definitely say that I did not experience this side.

Absolutely disgrace of a company, unreliable rude customer service. I call to ask to ensure my parcel is left if I am not home to receive a you have missed card. I call this “service” to tell me she will not leave it nor tell me where my parcel is and i cant collect it she will try again in 3 days. I called StarTrack and was informed she has to tell which post office she is dropping it off so I am able to collect, currently under investigation. I will never recommend this women! Disgusting attitude.

Well not sure where the blame lies here. Local courier blames the statewide courier before them and that courier blames the local courier !?. Either way no one has taken ownership of the fact I have damaged goods, that where very late and during the ordeal was thought to be lost as there where was about a week between when all goods relating to my order actually arrived. Which was 4 items. Box 1 and 2 arrived one day then 2 days past and item 3 arrived then a further 3 days past and item 4 arrived. Items 3 and 4 had been dropped so they where damaged. Pretty disappointed as the courier services in the past have been great.
