This is the second time I have worked with Raj to broker my home loan. He is a wizard with numbers and dealing with a variety of complex scenarios to tailor to your individual needs. In my first home purchase he was able to provide me the financial models I needed so I could determine the maximum price I could offer for a property and figure out how much cash I needed left over to cover costs. For my second property, I was still in probation and he was able to find lenders who would be willing to work with me so that I could get into the market early. My financial position wasn't the best. He helped me structure my debt to maximise my loan amount, and give me options to maximise my tax benefit and cash flow. If you need solutions, Raj can find a way!
