My experience was good. I think people often expect a little too much from used car vendors. There will always be some cars that demonstrate issues after purchase, they are used after all.

I had a negative experience with this dealership. The car I purchased developed serious issues shortly after the sale, costing me a lot in repairs. I ended up selling it to another dealer for half of what I originally paid, not even counting the repair costs. I then bought a replacement from the other dealer. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

After purchasing a car from a different dealership that was a horrible experience only days prior, Craig went above and beyond to make sure i was well looked after, due to the nature of my job i wasn't able to leave my post however Craig drove the car out to me so i could have a look. very professional friendly and understanding. I have seen a lot of salesmen over the years of purchasing cars for both pleasure and business and i truly believe Craig is one of the best to deal with. I would recommend Zai Motors and Craig.

I only found out about all these issues yesterday as i took my car for a service as it was due. The date is written on the tyres, they are OLD. The oil had been dripping long before i purchased it which was 2 months ago. Your mechanic is either sloppy and careless or your hiding the major oil leak. You are more than welcome to contact Autobahn in cannington for proof. I will be taking this matter further.

Be wary of buying cars from here, i was sold a death trap. Had it looked over yesterday, was handed a loooooooong list of problems with it, as long as my arm. The two most important was a bad oil leak that has coated all the spark plugs sitting under the leak, this is a FIRE HAZARD or the 17 year old tyres could pop at any minute. This is a death trap, the car obviously wasent looked over by a mechanic prior to selling or, heaven forbid it was and they hid these issues under the mat, ignored it and sold me a car that could kill me any day. Please be cautious buying cars from here. While older cars do have problems and is to be expected, to sell a death trap is criminal and immoral. So now I am without a car again or risking my life every time I drive it.

We are a young couple of 30 years old, we came to Australia after a difficult personal history. Alyas showed us a 2007 Kia Carnival that seemed to be very good inside for which we paid a price of 9,300 dollars, He said that mechanical checks were not necessary, and assured us that we were legally covered because bad cars could not be sold in this country... After three months a very important mechanical failure appeared, clutch and transmission were no longer working, the car doesn't work anymore, and repairing it is more expensive than buying another one. We called three mechanics and they all shared the idea that the car was temporarily repaired for a scam of which we were victims.
Zai motors did not give us a response. Alyas is an experienced scammer, and takes advantage of people's needs. a painful and difficult experience to forget.

An incredibly pleasant experience. Alyas and Craig were both very helpful and made our car buying experience easy and without the usual car-buying manipulation. They gave us a great deal on our Yaris, made sure the car was in tippy top shape before we bought it, and gave us a loaner car to drive in the interim while they did servicing/safety checks.

Would 100% buy from Zai Motors again. They are honest businessmen and lovely to deal with.

Ok first of all we went there to buy a budget car but wife decided to go for ML350…. The whole process was soo easy. We went for test drive with different cars at almost closing time and left.

Had a chat with Alyas and got a 2013 ML350 the next day.

Can’t flaw them, now I am recommending all my friends and fam to them.
