I have been a longtime customer my association with David Lean. I generally have to be alerted to expiry dates for returns, but it is always done in good natured way. The nature of my dealings is basic and I don't have to call on the firm regularly, however I can say that at any stage it has been necessary I've always ben treated respectfully and am happy with the advice provided.
As I move into retirement my reliance will diminish, however I would happily provide reference to any potential clients as might be applicable.

I have only been a customer of Gusner & Associates for a couple of years, but in that time I can say my tax return has been a far less problematic experience just in their organisation and ability to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer. I no longer have to put off my tax until I have half a day to get things organised and wait around to see an accountant. It's always quick, easy and very rewarding

I have had the pleasure of being introduced to Mr David Lean, and his service has been exceptional. I tend to run late with regard to overseeing my tax matters, but I have only ever experienced patience and respect in all interactions with this firm.

Further, whenever I have had the need for advice regarding matters outside of my field of expertise (e.g. taking over my father's trust account / establishing a company) these matters were dealt with very promptly and extremely thoroughly - David and/or his team took the time to investigate these matters in detail, and my experience was that I was immediately prioritised.

I have no hesitation in recommending this service to others.
